With a combined 31 years of real estate experience, Kelley and Chad Runzi currently serve the metro St. Louis area, specializing in the western suburbs of St. Louis County. K.C. Bailey Realty is a local, family-owned real estate brokerage company founded by Kelley and Chad in 2010. The company name is a play on our family’s first names K (Kelley) C (Chad & Colton – our son) and Bailey (our daughter).
